Yes, we treat these orders as sample orders and charge a flat rate of at least €80.00, including postage. Payment is required in advance.

For an additional charge, we can manufacture all products in the colour of your choice.

The price of the product varies depending on the quantity and specification. For sample orders, we charge a flat rate that includes postage.

We offer the option of paying by bank transfer in CHF, EUR or USD. We also accept PayPal payments for sample orders, in which case we charge a fee of 10%. Please note that we require a prepayment of 100% from new customers as a condition of payment.

Standard products for sample orders are available for immediate dispatch once payment has been received. For larger quantities and more specialised products, the delivery time is usually 4–8 weeks.

We can only supply customers who have an EORI number. Please note that this rule applies only within the EU. Outside the EU, we are able to serve all customers.
