Mega KN

The Ratchet fastener Mega KN is suitable for combination with the 22 mm Timing belt and is similar in function to the modules S/SN. It impresses with its high load capacity, simple operation and additional safety features.

Functionality

• Precise clamping: Through the Swinging the lever back and forth the toothed belt moves forward by one tooth at a time.

• Quick release: If the Clamping lever overpressedthe dental ligament relaxes completely.

• Convenient operation: Thanks to the integrated nose the toothed piece remains in the open position - so one-handed operation is possible without any problems.

Safety & handling

• Flat-fitting lever: Prevents accidental opening.

• Lever lock (snap function): Optionally available to make unintentional loosening even more difficult.

Load capacity

• The Mega KN is limited to the Transferring large forces and is therefore ideally suited for the Clamping and holding heavier objects.
