Mega KN

The Mega KN ratchet fastener is designed to be used in combination with the 22 mm Timing belt has been developed and functions in a similar way to the modules S/SN. It impresses with its high load-bearing capacity, ease of use and additional safety features.

How it works

• Precise clamping: Due to the Pivoting the lever forwards and backwards the timing belt moves forward by one tooth at a time.

• Quick release: If the Clamping lever over-tightened, the dental band relaxes completely.

• Easy to use: Thanks to the integrated nose the jaw remains in the open position – making one-handed operation easy.

Safety & Handling

• Low-profile lever: Prevents accidental opening.

• Lever lock (snap-action function): Available as an optional extra to make accidental release even more difficult.

Load capacity

• The Mega KN is designed for the Transmission of large forces designed for this purpose and is therefore ideal for Clamping and securing heavier objects.
